I’m surprised that Parsley didn’t get more votes! Cairngorm is old and well used and most experienced flex devs will already know it.
PureMVC on the other hand totally sucks if you are going to use flex and not just pure actionscript.
Also Parsley was at the top of the list so would be likely to get random votes from people that may already use one of the frameworks but want to try/see something else.

I would guess: Most developers only know one or two of the frameworks in any depth. And if a framework they don’t know much about gets a high vote one may think: “Why does this framework win? I knew nothing about it, it must be a loosing framework.”

I dont think there has been “cheating” on voting for parsley.
Parsley is really a great framework and the flex community is more and more eager to use it.
I was just about to vote for it but the poll is closed unfortunatly…

Hi,
I’m not sure about the results but I can tell that I know a lot of Flex people using Parsley, at least here in Europe, and that’s definitely the best framework within given list. Most of all flex Enterprise projects I’m aware of here in UK and Europe are using Parsley in some degree.

I’m NOT believing those numbers! (Parsley: 31%, Cairngorm: 14%, PureMVC: 15%; as of this posting)
Parsley’s got more than twice the votes of either Caringorm or PureMVC? I don’t think so!
It sure looks like someone’s been astro-turfing for Parsley.
While I’m sure it’s a great framework and all; how about letting it stand on its own (objective) merits . . .

I use VEGAS because it’s almost the only one in the list that I can really call a framework.
Lot’s of tool and stuff !
